Technical & Regulatory Operations

This is headed by Gemma Fletcher and staffed by a team of Inspectors and Compliance Support Officers. The team handles all off-site and on-site compliance monitoring.

Neil Howard, Deputy Director, who has a background in eGambling software development and appraisal systems and network design;

Ben Nichols, Deputy Director, with many years of experience in the eGambling industry having previously worked for a number of licensees in Guernsey;

Matthew Maunder, Deputy Director, who has many years of experience in the eGambling industry having previously worked for a number of licensees in Guernsey;

Joshua Gabriel, Assistant Deputy, who has worked at a senior level in the industry, bringing with him much valued expertise and knowledge;
