Charlie Barker, Assistant Director, Financial Compliance, who leads the financial regulatory compliance function and assists the directorate with operational duties and obligations. Having been at the Commission for over 10 years, Charlie specialises in the review and implementation of financial regulations by our Licence and Certificate holders.

John Nellist, Junior Compliance Officer, who assists the inspectorate with operational duties and a wide range of compliance support tasks. John predominantly works within the B2B supervisory function.
