Alderney eGambling

Alderney eGambling Limited (AeGL) is the first point of contact for all new enquiries about eGaming licensing in Alderney. AeGL is wholly owned by the States of Alderney.

AeGL is operated and overseen independently of the AGCC and was established as a developmental and strategic advisory body. Its separation from the regulator allows AeGL's team, led by CEO Susan O'Leary, to provide tailored, impartial and free guidance to businesses that are seeking to learn whether the Alderney regime is the right fit for them, and which licence type might be suitable.

AeGL's preparatory work ensures that, because the AGCC is not involved in advising new applicants, there are no limitations of any kind on the regulator's ability to assess the suitability of its licensees.

AeGL creates an environment for businesses to grow and prosper when licensed by the AGCC, while the AGCC supervises effective and robust regulation of gambling activity in line with international best practice.
