Its separation from the regulator allows AeGL's team, led by CEO Susan O'Leary, to provide tailored, impartial and free guidance to businesses that are seeking to learn whether the Alderney regime is the right fit for them, and which licence type might be suitable.

 

AeGL's preparatory work ensures that, because the AGCC is not involved in advising new applicants, there are no limitations of any kind on the regulator's ability to assess the suitability of its licensees.
